Using this technique means we can manufacture a very small treat, weighing from just 200mg (Little Liver Treats) up to 1000mg (Large Liver Treats). All of these treats are form stable and so will not crumble in your hand or pocket, yet they can still easily be snapped in pieces, to create an even smaller treat for training (many dog trainers do this).
