Frequent consequences can be injuries to the sensitive skin of the auditory canal and the eardrum, caused by the dog's defence movements. Furthermore this method is unlikely to be successful as the ear wax is often just compressed in the ear canal where it then remains as a solid plug. The ear washing method with Canosept®, on the other hand, loosens ear wax and dirt relieves itching and thus leads to a gentle cleaning of the lower sections of the ear canal.Ingredients125 ml solution contains: Active agents: benzalkonium chloride 0.145 g, 2-propanol 45.0 g, 1-propanol 30,0g. Other constituents: glycerol 85%, isopropyl myristate, tetradecanol, purified water, fragrancesDirectionsHold the tip of the ear up and drip Canosept into it until a liquid level is visible, then massage the ear with your hands for a minute. Hold the dog's head firmly so that the ear cleaner with the earwax does not get into the dog's eye when the dog subsequently shakes its head. Ear washing is a pleasant and painless method for dogs and effectively removes all dirt. A little tip: If necessary, use a damp cotton wool pad to remove coarse dirt from the outer ear beforehand - for optimum effect.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
