No, dokoo only support 2.4G Wi-Fi. 5G is not supported. If you use 5G Wi-Fi, please close the 5G signal of your router before the connection, then turn the 5G signal back on after successful connection.
2. How can I ensure the stable Wi-Fi signal?
During the connection process, please ensure that the distance between the device, Wi-Fi router, and your phone does not exceed 10 meters.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
