Q: Round or square?
A: Round diamond and it's beautiful!
Q: Is this a partial or full pasting area?
A: It's a full pasting painting. Full drill means your entire painting is covered with diamond dotz. I personally like the full drilled, they just take longer to complete. Just more fun!
Q: What should I do if I run out of diamonds?
A: There are enough diamonds (each colour of diamond +30%). If you lose some diamonds, you can be creative and replace them with diamonds of other colours. Or you can contact the seller to get more diamonds.
Q: Could a 10 year old do this?
A: My 8 year old granddaughter does a smaller picture of diamond art so would think a 10 year old could do this. There are 2 sets of tools for us to make it together. It was a very happy afternoon.
Q: Does the painting have adhesive on it?
A: Yes, it comes with a cellophane wrap over the top and you just move it as you work on it. The diamonds stick to the painting as you stick them on.
Q: Will the diamond fade over time?
A: The diamond will not fall off or fade. You can save it forever.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
