An easy-to-read digital screen allows you to set the time and temperature (between 1-99 hours and 25-65°C) for whatever you’re making and then your work is done until it’s time to pick up your spoon and tuck into your treat.

Make Your Favourite Yogurt

This compact electric yogurt maker can produce up to 1.65 litres of plain yoghurt or 1 litre of Greek-style yoghurt. If you’re a fan of thicker, tangier Greek yoghurt, just strain your plain yoghurt to take away the whey - it’ll take a bit longer but trust us, the wait will be worth it.

Make Soft Cheese

You can also make soft, creamy cheese in as little as 10 hours by stirring some lemon juice into your plain yoghurt before straining. Try it spread on bagels with smoked salmon or on chive-topped crackers - just to give you a couple of ideas.
