Thumbturn cylinders are great for regular use doors, as the door can be opened from inside without keys. These cylinders feature a sacrificial breakpoint, which releases external side of cylinder during a snap attack, leaving cam protected, and engaging an interlocking mechanism that prevents further damage to the lock, whilst allowing operation from inside.

Getting the correct size

Provide internal measurement first when ordering. A cylinder measures 35mm from centre of screw hole to end inside property, and 45mm to end outside property, would be ordered as 35/45 (80mm).
