No need to dry item(s) before waterproofing. It is vital that rugs are washed and rinsed thoroughly. Shake well before use. Follow care label instructions.Machine Wash 1. Remove all detergent build-up from the detergent dispenser. 2. Place clean rug in washing machine. 3. Use 500ml for 1 rug. Treat 1 rug per load. 4. Run 30° cotton cycle.Hand Wash (use gloves) 1. Use 500ml for 1 rug, with 10 litres of hand-hot water in vessel. 2. Agitate tio mix, push down into vessel so that whole rug is immersed. 3. Add a further 15 litres of warm water to cover rug and agitate. 4. Leave to soak for 2 hours, agitating occasionally. 5. Rinse in cold water until water runs clear.Sponge Application (use gloves) 1. Spread clean rug on clean area and wet through with a hose. 2. Use 500ml for 1 rug, with 1.5 litres of hand-hot water. 3. Using a new sponge apply solution to rug, working into fabric and seams. 4. Use any surplus on back area of rug, leave for 5-10 minutes. 5. Rinse in cold water until water runs clear.DryingAir dry or tumble dry on a low setting if care label allows.
