xMATERIAL OF THE TEETHING RINGS RF - DEER deer antlers are natural chewing candies for dogs, which are only made from the shedding antlers during the natural change of antlers in spring. This means that no animal was damaged during collection. SAFETY A very important advantage of our natural delicacies is that the antlers do not have holes where the dog's fangs get stuck and the tooth can be lost or chipped off. Our chewing sticks are brought to market in accordance with HACCP standards. The products we produce are of the highest quality, which is confirmed by the veterinary number PL 24058302 issued by WE. AVAILABLE DESIGNS SOFT version - they are cut along the antlers, can be given to puppies and older dogs. HARD version - have an irregular shape, are intended for dogs with strong jaws. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Before you receive the product for the first time, we are told to put it in boiling water for 2 minutes. As a precaution, we do not recommend chewing sticks to dogs younger than 8 months or older than 10 years as their teeth may not be strong enough to chew on harder materials. When you give the bite rod to your dog, check to see if he chews on the ends or tries to eat the whole stick. Make sure that the antlers do not develop sharp edges when chewed. When choosing, make sure you have the right size for your dog. If you choose a chew stick that is too small, the dog may choke when chewing greedily. When the teething bar gets small enough to cause suffocation for your dog, remove it from your pet and replace it with a new one. Don't let your dog eat more than 2 cm of antlers per day.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
