xMaterial of the teething rings. RF - Deer deer antlers are natural chewing sweets for dogs, which are only made from the discarded antlers during the natural antlers change in spring. This means that no animal has been damaged during collection. SAFETY A very important advantage of our natural delicacies is that the antlers have no drill holes where the dog's fangs get stuck and the tooth can be lost or chipped. Our chew sticks are launched according to HACCP standards. The products we manufacture are of the highest quality, which is confirmed by the veterinary number PL 24058302 issued by WE. AVAILABLE DESIGNS Soft version - they are cut along the antlers, can be given to puppies and older dogs. HARD version - have an irregular shape, are intended for dogs with strong jaws. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Before you receive the product for the first time, we will receive it in boiling water for 2 minutes. As a precaution, we do not recommend the chew sticks for dogs younger than 8 months or older than 10 years as their teeth may not be strong enough to chew on harder materials. If you give the bite bar to your dog, check whether he chews at the ends or tries to eat the whole bar. Make sure the antlers do not develop sharp edges when chewing. Make sure you are the right size for your dog when choosing it. If you choose a chew bar that is too small, the dog may choke when chewing greedly. If the bite bar becomes small enough to pose a choking hazard for your dog, take it off your pet and replace it with a new one. Do not let your dog consume more than 2 cm antlers per day.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
